Dorothy Wig

We have all read or at least heard of the story of the Wizard of Oz. If you watched, you were probably entertained by the scarecrow, the scared lion, or the tin man, or probably all of them. One character that will not elude your mind has to be Dorothy. She gracefully traveled the yellow brick road with Emerald city being her prime destination. Her costume was and is still well memorable- her gingham dress with an attached blouse with ballooned arms underneath, her red ruby shoes, her hand basket that she used to carry her favorite toy pet. It’s in this memory that most girls, small and big, lean and plus size are opting for this costume as one of the many they could go for during the period of Halloween.

One unmentioned part about Dorothy is her hair. Her pigtail locks tied down at the end with blue ribbons completed her look. And if you want to replicate her fashion choice, you should get the hair part right. But most people don’t have that kind of hair, and those who do find it hard to nail it down perfectly. The pigtails were brunette-looking so your red, blonde or black hair will not suffice. But do not be worried as there is a solution and it all has to do with the Dorothy’s wig.

It has been established that the masses wanting to go for the Dorothy costume during Halloween have been finding it hard to match the kind of hair Dorothy had and to create the conveniences, there are commercially made wigs available for purchase that can help you complete the look. The wig usually comes with the pigtails and ribbons in place and all you have to do is slip it on. One of the biggest advantages of the Dorothy wig is that it usually comes in a one size fits all, but with regard to whether the all is either a girl or an adult. That means that one adult wig can fit any adult head and one child wig, well, can fit all the young girls. And with those beautiful pigtails that represent grace, not only will you fall in love with the costume but so will everyone else.
